HOW TO USE
Please shake well before use. Fill the glass tube of the dropper (1ml) by squeezing the bulb and releasing. Remove the dropper from the bottle and release the desired amount of liquid by squeezing the bulb slowly. Tincture drops are typically taken directly under the tongue, but they can also be dispensed in a beverage or other consumable liquid. Start with a small amount, wait for full effect and add more gradually as desired.
