**RETURN POLICY**

It is 405 Releaf's policy to only allow returns on defective cartridges. Defective carts qualify as those that are: leaking, have missing or broken parts, or have a bad hardware connection. Carts that are half empty, don't "hit well", or have bad taste do not qualify as defective. Please note that it is up to the manager's discretion as to whether a cart is deemed "defective" or not. Defective cartridge returns are only permitted within a 14 day time period, in the original packaging,batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.
