Costs Patients Are Responsible For: Standard Patient: $249 ~$50 To Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry ~$25 Per Caregiver (State Max of 2 Per Patient)

 $199 Veteran / Ohio Definition Of Indigent Status ~$25 To Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry ~$12.50 Per Caregiver (State Max of 2 Per Patient)

Please note: $25 booking deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the intake visit on the day of your appointment. We also offer a wide array of payment plans to fit almost any budget.

We provide an intake evaluation and entry into the Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry, you will have your card day of visit unless you are of veteran status.  If patient does not qualify there will be no charge.
